You just need a transformer and a tv that's not from like the 80's. And as you have a NTSC system you will have to buy NTSC games from US or something.
I don't really now how it is in America but here in Sweden every child who studies at our version of your high school gets a "studiebidrag" of $150 every month just for staying in school so that's how kids here can afford games and consoles. But on the other hand the Premium costs about $600, games are at $90 and most kids have to use their "studiebidrag" to pay their own clothes and everything. So the next time you complain about the cost of consoles remember that we pay $600 for the 360 and $900 for the PS3 :P When you graduate high school and start college your "studiebidrag" gets higher and now you get $300 and if you want you can get an additional $1000 on a loan from the government but you don't have to pay any interest on that though.
