What the hell season gods...

People keep telling me to write more blogs but i dont really know what the heck i write, and i dont come on this website all that much anymore so im kinda behind on whats going

is it always this slow to acknowledge my experience its been on level 2 12% for ages and i have made sure i have been rating games and posting blogs and it doesnt seem to be moving. i was wondering if it was a bug ior if anyone knows whats going on with it? thanks
