I've heard that the Xilisoft Converter is pretty reliable, but the Max Media Manager Pro I use can be found at stores like WalMart for $20. It not only helps to convert video to the psp but can provide gamesaves, podcasts, help to resize or organize photos psp:D

That one is good. I also found a PSP Video 9. Free Download and it is legal. It works and I'm putting more stuff on my PSP now. You do use a good one though.

I had the same problem. My Dad told me I had to convert it into a MPEG. (Didn't mention a number...) So I tried 4 times and it didn't work. So I turned it into a MP4 and it turned out great and I told my friend how to do it.So thanks fynne for what you said even though I didn't ask the question. I didn't have to do the formating thing though.
