Most PCs? Sure. The majority of PC owners are still people who don't play games on their PC and have $400 PCs from Best Buy. But better than even a mid-level gaming PC? Never. My own is nearly 5 years old (with some newer parts) and is nearly equivalent to their announced specs.

@VarietyMage Subject 16 was in Revelations, a "dead" character. They've shown they have no problem continuing characters as non-physical constructs. Like I said, he's dead when we see a body. Oh. and I hadn't played Mass Effect 3 yet, so thanks for that. Jon Snow dies.
