The DLC for the 360 you play as the bikier. but think back, to the museum in GTA4 when you finish it you get the imposable trinity trophy. We got Niko, The biker and the black guy (sry the names just went out of my head) i think the next DLC for GTA4 and for ps3 follows the story of the black guy.
