Lot of hackers on CSS but CSS is a very addicting game in the end but TF2 is good in a different way. Depends do you prefer Class Based Online FPS or a regular Modern FPS.
I've never played Mass Effect but I can safely guess that Oblivion is a tad worse than Mass Effect but Morrowind is much much better than Oblivion so lets see if Morrowind is better than Mass Effect.
