Yes, if you look at my last post, it does say I will be coming back on and continuing The Band Of The Day, but I lied! I never came back and I didn't continue The BOTD! Why would I lie about something so important? Well it wasn't really lieing, but I just didn't have time to continue on. I May keep coming, but I won't guarantee anything. Well, I guess that is my little post!

Where have I been, It's been a little while since I have visited Gamespot. I have been really busy with the station lately, but with the nearing completion of our server and up coming launch things should begin to calm down. Slightly. I got alot of new things like, "New Clear Days" The Vapors Album, And Rush's New Album "Snakes And Arrows". I cannot wait until the end of the summer after I earn a bit of cash, Then I will have myself a nice shiny new Xbox 360 Elite. It is very sad not having a 360 yet, but I will live. I hope... Anyway this was just a quick post to show I was alive. Hopefully I'll get back in the groove soon.

Ok, It seems it is another day, meaning it is once again time for the BOTD or better known as Band Of The Day. Today I Shall Inform You All Of The Genius of Billy Idol! :lol:YAY:lol:

Billy Idol

So Billy has been around for a while, I think it was 77' when he started out. He is really kind of Hard Rock, New Wave, Metal....Not by today's standards of course but in the day... He started out with the band Generation X recording 3 albums with them. After they broke up he hit the train to New York to try to make it Solo. and that he did. He really became famous for songs like White Wedding And Dancing With Myself. My favourite Album Of his would have to be his most recent one "Devil's Playground" with my favourite tunes being Plastic Jesus, And Scream. This Was A Pretty Sweet Release And I'm Amazed He Still Has It In Him. Another Really Good Album Was His Self Titled. If You Havn't Heard him Before I Suggest Picking Up One Of The Greatest Hits Compilations.

Well, I finally got around to registering my domain. www.t-rok.ca is officially mine. Well, mostly. I have to go through all of the steps to "Confirm" with the "CIRA" because i guess they are in charge of all Canadian domains, so when ever you register one you have to go through them. So now i sit here, waiting 1 - 7 days hoping that it will go through soon. I am not in too big of a hurry as I still have to Finish up the new site and get hosting. Hopefully everything falls together soon. Well, I have things I have to do, so, I shall go do them.:)

The New York Dolls

Ok so the dolls are pretty sweet, the kind of blazed the trail for alot of today's bands. I think they formed around 72' or 73' but I'm not positive when. They have a pretty raw sound common with alot of the old punk music. So basically they would dress up like girls with the makeup and the frilly girls and all that. they had some pretty sweet tunes, I like "Pills" and "Trash" so those are some pretty sweet licks if your looking for something to start you up on. My favourite album would have to be their self titled "New York Dolls" It came out in 73' so if you can find a copy of that in the attic it's pretty killer. Yeah I don't have too much to say about them you really have to listen in for yourself to figure it out. Enjoy :)

Ok, So I Figure There's Alot Of Bands People havn't heard But They Should Hear. So, I'm Going To Help Them All Out With The Band Of The Day. I'll Through Down My Opinion And A Little Info About The Band. I'll Give You The First Band Below!

WISHBONE ASH

Wishbone Ash is a band from the 70's. They are from the UK. They basically started the whole Dual Guitar scene. You know, having two guitars.... Like Lynyrd Skynyd....Anyway. They are more soft rock than anything but they do have some pretty "Jumpin" tunes like "Jail Bait" The Album I Would Recommend The Most is Argus It was released in 72' My favourite tracks on it are "Time Was" and "The King Will Come" Well, I love "Warrior" too. Anyway you should check them out.

Shouldn't I Be On There Somewhere? I Don't Know About That. All Seems Kind Of....Fishy...To Me. I Like The Game Though. Very Entertaining. But I Hate When You Search Things And Gamespot Decides They Don't Want To Search For You So You End Up Pressing The Search Button For 5 Minutes.... Damn Combat (Atari). Anyway I figure that score is good enough for me. I Quit! I am off to play better more interesting games. Yes, I know that is the best game ever but maybe i'll make one up... I have an imagination you know... :oops:

I have gotten myself a new emblem! But for what, for making tags.... In my opinion everyone should make allot of tags, I only create tags relevant to the subject. I am still trying to figure out if they are making fun of me and it's a bad emblem or if they are congratulating me. In my mind I will say it's a congratulatory emblem :D . I find it depressing when you can't find someone's blog because they don't Tag it. There are so many good things to be read on gamespot but people are to afraid to let them be read. People need to advertise their stuff more so other people can find it and read it. I don't really have much to say, but I will say this.

Wow, www.gawab.com . It's free, 2 GB inbox, Not bad. I decided to get one. Used it mainly with POP so it was no big deal right? Wow was I Wrong. That was the most horrible email server ever. Half the time you cant access it. Most of your email goes to the junk while most of the junk goes to your inbox. You get so many horrible AD's Like to go to Arab college and learn the Arab language and join their Arab religions. It's Horrible, You get really bad spam to, not only for insurance company's health care plans, travel agency's and penis enlargement pills, But horribly miss-spelled porn emails. With subject lines such as "Selxualy Expliict" and "Saxlualy Elxpict" And When these dirty emails miss the SPAM folder all together ( 98% of the time ) you look like a perv checking your email with all of this porn in there ( I'm not saying your not a perv ). Like how embarrassing would it be to have your girlfriend/wife/homosexual partner -or- boyfriend/husband/homosexual partner looking over your shoulder as you go to show them the joke of the day and whamo! It's porn! But they did get a new web-mail "Web-mail 3.0 BETA" Ooooh, cool, odd that 2.0 never left the "BETA" Stage but Oh Well! So you agree to switch over to the 3.0 and yes, it is allot better looking. But you can never access it. Because it's so new and fancy it has to load every time. And 89% of the time it will freeze on 62%! What's the good of email you can't read. It's pretty bad when you go to sign up to a new website and you get the message the Admin has baned your email address, It happens on quite a few sites. And now it's not cause i'm a psychopath....Well....Er... Yeah it's not cause i'm a psychopath its because gawab is horrible so they pre-ban the domain.

 Don't say I didn't warn ya. GAWAB IS THE WORST!

Wow, I Gained 25% In The First Day. That's Completely Horrible. I Have No Clue Why Gamespot Would Limit It So That You Can Only Earn 25% Level In The First Day Of Level 1. I Spent About 14 Hours On Gamespot Yesterday Watching Movies Reading Things Going Through The Forum, All Of That Fun Stuff. Then I Came Across It. The Post Talking About Gaining Levels. It Told Me I Can Only gain 25% Level In The First Day And Look! Level 1 25%. I Had To Make A New Account Though. My Old Account Had A Really Weird Name And I Don't Even Know How I Came Up With It. Yeah, Well I Can Earn 133% Today! Take That Gamespot. I Will Read, And Watch, And Watch, And Read, And Probably Turn Into A Super Geek Who Tries To Take Over The World With His Powers. That Doesn't Sound Very Fun. Well, Levels Don't Really Mean All That Much Anyway Right? I'm Still Pretty Pissed That I Can Only Gain 25% Of My Level. Why Would They Do That? Is It To Torture Me? Do They Want Me To Cry. Cause It Worked! Er....Uh... I Mean... It *DIDN'T* Work.... Yeah That's What I Meant To Say...:?
