Can't Decide Call of Duty 4 or Army of Two. Any suggestions?OneSiCShooter
I haven't played either, but both seem like a good candidate. You might want to pick up Army of Two if you have a sibling or friend or someone to play with, if not, you might want to go for Call of Duty 4. I hear the campaign is pretty good and the multiplayer is solid. You can't go wrong with either one, unless that is you read reviews. If that is the case, then you will hate Army of Two since it isn't "9.0".
Yet again two more badly reviewed games by Gamespot. Seriously, a 6.5 for AOT and a 7 for Bully? They are both better games than a 6.5 and a 7.ligerz76
That is obviously the reviewer's opinion on the game. The game itself is not a 6.5 and Bully is not a 7.0. I don't understand people like you who label video games by ratings.
apparantly he is a guy who hates videogamesslayer85
Why would he be a member of GameSpot if he hates video games. I think you have forgotten that a review is only someone's opinion. He has obviously reviewed only games that he did not like. I'm sure there are tons of games he enjoys.
The game received average reviews. Not worth $60 with Rainbow 6 Vegas 2 right around the corner. That game is sure to be far better than Frontlines.Deominator
Frontlines and R6V2 are two totally different games. If you're a fan of the action shooting genres, then both should be checked out because they both bring something new to the table.
I rented Frontlines: Fuel of War last week and it was wonderful. The people who bash this game are those who only played the demo and never touched the final game. The retail game is wonderful and includes a great single-player experience as well as online. The online is definitely fun and can get really intense sometimes. In my opinion, definitely check it out.
By the way, use the recommendation thread next time. :-)
Evillaw4eva, I really agree with some of your suggestions such as the mother with the evil spirit trying to kill the baby who is destined for great and then Dr. Greenaway having a vision after the delivery of the chaos that is soon to happen. Also, the multiple endings sound really cool. Certain actions in the game could really affect the outcome of the game like if the player kills the mother early on in the game, or later on.
However, I think the idea of some sort of special forces team appearing would be a good idea. If some sort of crazy portal releasing demons appeared all of a sudden on it, I'm pretty sure some group of elite marines would be there in a heartbeat. Of course, they wouldn't be your allies as they would probably think you're just another demon but during some of the events in the game, the player could persuade these marines to help you and escape with you.
thank you. i will take that into consideration. magera21
Good luck. If you're into reviews, feel free to read up on some and learn more about the game. You might end up finding out that Oblivion just isn't your cup of tea.
[QUOTE="yentar480"]if i just started a new game, i think im about 5 hours in, can i reach the DLC planet or do i have to start the game completely over?Bruce_McGivern
Thanks. I'll definitely download it today after school and try to finish it.
You can reach the DLC... you're safe.
