1. Dragon Age Origins - let me just say that if you liked Gothic 4 you will LOVE Dragon Age Origins, which is even a way better game.

2. Oblivion - well, what i said about DAO, pertains to Oblivion as well. Pretty much, consider Gothic 4 to be a light version of those two aforementioned RPGs.
