Also will someone tell me if the settings for the PSN ID and freinds list remain in the memory with the user acounts so then all i have to do is copy over the game saves?

There is a white border window like a rectangle on the screen in this game on my new hdtv which i dont remember being there before. There are no settings for me to change so i dont know what to do to get it to go away?
