My budget is £200 for motherboard and CPU and No to the crossfire

I would like to able to have atleast Duo cores but quad core would be nice, and I would like each one to be atleast 2.4GHZ and it needs to be PCI 2 not PCI 16, so I can use the RADEON HD cards.

Im only using my pc mostly for films and surfing . but i may play a few older games like cod4,crysis and ut3 and im only 14 so i dont have £100 to spend and i dont need that good of a card for what i use it for.
