their is a quick update at first, after that a proper download is required...took about 20 mins or less for me and thats it.

as for the party system haven't had enough time to play around with it.

That has to be the biggest and longest update for the 360 so far. There must have changed quite a bit then.

I haven't done my research on this though lol I've seen tiny bits and pieces so far. No idea what it really looks like

it isn't your usual side bar update, but a proper and MAIN one, not seen before...part of the new thing i spose. It also depends on your connection, remember. Its NOTHING compared to the SLOW SLOW ps3 updates...gsus.

Same here, have to look around more...barely seen much, besides a few stuff. I wasn't aware it was suppose to be the WHOLE game, but part of it..or somehting.

Just downloaded it, chose my Mii like character, customized him and yeh, pretty cool. I prefer the layout better, more room and better spread out, imo.

get a freakin sense of humor, i love this kind of stuff,  and i for one don't care about netflixx, i want pyshical media's. Besides, its not suprising, every company acts in similar ways..its called COMPETITION. 

Im not 100% on all these complaints :?, my frame-rate is great for this game even on co op which is what I played it through in first. I have also only encountered one really bug where a framed picture came off a wall and for some reason hovered around following me for half a minute :| yeah that was odd but it didn't cause any harm so I just laughed (never seen it since either). As for matchmaking the longest I have waited was 5 minutes :).

I wil agree with TC on one point though, the game is not perfect, no game is perfect and any game can be criticized.

compared to many great online games out there,gears 2 is pretty damn glitchy at times...but thats what happens when u have a 2 year window of dev time. 

I agree, so fun..yet so annoying, this one example was when i knocked someone with a smoke, as he got up, he magically jumped behind me, i turned around and he blew me with the shotgun, wtf?

another was a similar situation, but as he jump over a cover..he flew right across me...srsly. 

the game's glitches get annoying. I also think the chainsaw is too powerfull and wish the shotgun wasn't so weak from close range, if a dude was running at me with a chainsaw, 1 shot should blow him to peices. 

Matchmaking was silly too...wait that long, yet still have lag at times. 

first gears is better, imo. Now that i think about it. 

The developers played MGS4, and scrapped their game after that.

After they unlock all the MGS4 stuff, they will get started on SC again.
