That's because GoW2 is old, and it came out a long butt time ago. It's a great game, but everyone is talking GoW3 these days.

EDIT : Oh, you meant Gears2 or GeoW2.

Lol, since gears of war 2 released, i've seen 10X more killzone 2 threads here...and where not talking about TV. thats not to say there isn't talk, but for a game like gears, one would expect NON stop posts here...i just don't see them either. i guess we'll give it time...still fresh.

I've been here defending Gears 2, so I'm pretty sure I know. And nonstop posts? Errr, no. That would mean a lot of locked threads...:|

guess you missed a few days...Mods recently were taking a vacation...killzone 2 threads where basically every post here. things have settles anyways....and stop using the faces, they don't make your statements look right or FACTS.

its not called VIDEO game for nothing...all about looks. 

Same goes for gameplay, but don't forget a great presentation adds to that immersion and overall gameplay..sometimes.

Yeh, i noticed this too. Maybe its due to the changes and people are still getting use to it (toned down shotgun, overall slower game, long wait untill connected to a match, etc)

Or maybe people are just sick of 3rd person shooters, i've seen more hype/talk here for mirrors edge than gears 2, oddly enough.  Same goes for killzone 2, gsus. 

but Gears of war 2 still = WIN..can't get enough of it.

Gears 2 goes beyond what some sequals do, the gameplays has been tweaked (dodging and block mechanic) and added to, with the addition of new modes, campaigne, graphics, weapons, detructable enviroments, melee's etc etc. Its more than enough.

these threads are auto self ownage.
