Ive recently be thinking of starting up a racing union. Some of you may already be aware that i did start up a union (Racers Heaven) but had little success as little people join. I like to change my banner every now and again however i dont have the programs i need in order to create a good one. Therefore, i am writing this blog to anyone who makes banners and would be willing to make some for me. The theme of banner is Formula One surprise surprise. Any images in the banner must be of Honda, Mclaren, BMW or Toro Rosso teams only.
