Probably because he's pushing for strong family values while he himself obviously has none. I mean you couldn't make this **** up it's so perfect.A politician's personal life, provided he did not commit a felony or something similar, should not matter. I don't know why people are bringing this up.

You vote for a presidential candidate based on trust, because they are not legally obligated to go through with any of the promises they make during their campaign. So all you have to go by is judging their character based on their personal and professional life. That's why their personal life matters.

[QUOTE="ShoTTyMcNaDeS"]I was looking at maybe starting to play a game like this, however, I am not what I would term as a strategy game expert so I was wondering if you guys thought a game like Anno 2070 would be too difficult for a new player to this genre or is it a game that you can play at your own place and learn the ropes? I have had brief stints with games like Company of Heroes, HoMM, Warcraft 3, SC2 and the C&C series. Never played any of them enough to complete, but played enough to have an interest.mrbojangles25
its not a strategy, not really at least.
Its a city- and economy-sim. You build towns; farm, mine, harvest, etc; build products; sell and buy; trade via ships.
True, there are some combat aspects, but honestly that is not even 5% of the game.
It is incredibly deep and complex, yet approachable. I highly recommend it. You do not have to be good at RTSs, as the game is nothing like what you listed.
I would classify combat as tactics, and Anno games as a very strategic game.
