It's simply way too hard. You should be glad you got programming languages, they're incredibly simple compared to binary. Besides, all developers would go unemployed after it was released, which would bring the market to a halt.
Because they can't test the game in every way. I mean, there is a chance that you can, for example in GT5 to do 5 liccense tests in a row, and right after place 5 in a race to shortly thereafter quit the game. Now this probably doesn't exist in the game, but it can be stuff like that, so they oatch it when the bugs get revealed.

1000 v 1000 MMO action RPG. No PvE just wars, and you level by killing enemy players. Commanders, captains, generals etc are given to them of high levels and and if people can't decide who is better suited, there can be a duel.
well, they could've gotten away with 300 million $ And make 2 new high budget IPs with the money they got left. But who knows, maybe they have done something similar.
