Try pressing the button and lifting it off with one hand, it works somehow.FOOZZY

I've sent my imploded xbox to microsoft. Red ring, freezing, unusual crunching noises, the lot. . . They say It'll take about a month to return. Are these sort of times the norm in Australia?
