Spiderman 3

Finally finished with this game. Final thoughts: was suprisingly good. I've always been a fan of spidey which is probably why I enjoyed this game more than most. I found the swinging fun yet it took a bit too long to get across the city. But I gotta say, I disagree with gamespots review. This game was well deserving of much more than a 6. Playing through the game and you can easily see the developers put a lot of time and effort into this game, it is not a cash in or slight upgrade from the second game. I found the quick time events quite fun and broke up some of the repetitive nature of the missions. The worst thing about the game is the bosses. There's a major problem here. Either they have way too much health or you don't do enough damage - boss fights take DAMN LONG. They're so incredibly boringly **** at the start. But towards the end when you're venom they become easier and especially fights like the lizard try some new things. I got 520/1000 achievements. The rest are gotten from finishing random city mission and 40 races. I orginally thought there would be something around 10 races. No there are well over 40 and I got around race 25 and got fed up. They are just so incredibly frustrating I gave up. Nevertheless Spiderman 3 has been a good experience and I enjoyed it but I aint going back, no siree, it's going straight on ebay before it depreciates

Amped 3

Good snowboarding game. Not a lot to be said really. I find the controls a little clunky. Also as explained in the gamespot review the game does have some wacky cutscenes and storyline. But at this point I'm skipping most cutscenes in the game and keep the sound down. I'm just grinding for points. The points in this game are decent. Im on about 300 and I got a feeling I can get a whole load more is I invest a good couple more hours which I intend to do.

GRAW

Hate it. Made a good first impression but I just hate the game now. The storyline is above bull****. I dont care about any mexican/american war I just want to finish the game and get points. Furthermore you have to finish the game twice to get the hard and the normal difficulty points. I mean what the **** I would happily play hard for both sets of points but you only get hard points. That is bull****. Tomb raider played it really good. Finish the game on hard and pick up 700 points. Finish this game on hard and get less than 300. Nah not for me given up and ebaying it.

Hitman

This is FUN with a capital f. God this game is good. I kinda liked silent assasin but got stuck more often than not and the AI was woeful. This game improves in every single aspect. The missions are so well thought out. Atmosphere, graphics, sound all amazing. In my books this is one of the better 360 games. Furthermore I think the points aren't impossible. I'm playing the 2nd hardest difficulty setting because you're allowed 3 in mission saves. Hardest mode allows no saves but give the most achievements. I just can't do that.

Resident Evil 4

I brought my WII out of hibernation for this game. Arrive tommarow yey! I never got around to disc 2 on the gamecube version so I have every reason to play through this game. Furthermore I want an in depth single player experience to sink my teeth into. This should hopefully be it and I will also try hard to play in the dark but I won't count on it.

Gears of War

Booted this up because the new update added an extra 250 points mainly for playing annex. Annex sucks hard. It's a nice idea but games can take forever. Furthermore I think Gear excels in viseceral 4 on 4 deathmatches. This game mode slows the overall game down. I just don't like it. This is a tacked on mode and certainly feels like it

Phew well thats all the games for now. I'm just really trying to pass the summer time and dying for mass effect and bioshock.
