While the PSN most certainly is not perfect, I'd say this article is spot on.

I strongly think that this bill will not pass, and if it does, it will probably end up like the whole illegally downloading music thing. A few people might get sued, but how will the government enforce this?

I'll stick with my PC and PS3 :P
