@DoM-Yusuf LOL, 500 - 1000 hours??? Go get yourself a life. Really? Are the things in your life so trivial that 500 - 1000 hours is really an investment into a game that you are prepared to make? Wow, I just pity you.

If you were to spend so much time in a game though, TL2 would be superior because it has modifiable user content that can, and will, be added into the game. User mods will extend the life of this game well past D3, I mean how many new levels will D3 get? I suppose you can wait for the eventual expansions to find out. In TL2 if you want new content you can just download it, or better yet, create it, anytime you are feeling like playing something different. So enjoy your "real money" AH and your polished graphics in that failed vanilla dungeon crawler. LOL!!
