Local co-op is where it's at for me. At this point, I'd take any game with local co-operative play. Something about being able to slap the person next to you for screwing up as opposed to screaming at them over a mic feels so right.
Maybe I'm just old-fashioned.

yes i agree. i like local co-op much more than online co-op because its more fun to play with a friend right next to you.

???? It wasn't a flop and it is one of the best looking FPS out there. It is different and it is totally improved from Killzone 1. Why would you compare TPS to FPS in the first place.
I still play it sometimes because a lot of my friends play it but the main reasons I play it less are the lack of skill needed (cheap perks, stupid no recoil guns) and commando. Commando has to be the most annoying thing I have ever seen in a shooter. I once got knifed through a wall with commando.

I know what you guys mean, commando is annoying too, especially when you shoot the guy first a couple of times then he knifes you.
The LAG is gone, but sometimes your connection isn't perfect. When I clicked select to see score i notice that I am private 1, when I am actually lv. 24 veteran status 2, but I don't lag when this happens.
Thanks guys im going to look into RoF. But do you guys think of FF13? My friend keeps telling me that it is awsome and i wanted to know if it was worth the buy.

It's a good game, I don't speak for everyone but it was disappointing for many of us long time FF fans like myself. But it doesn't mean you won't like it. It's still something you should look into IMO.
That is what my friend told me as well.. He regrets buying Final Fantasy, and he bought that huge $40 dollar guide too for a linear RPG game lol EPIC FAIL..
