@neowarrior121 If a Black reviewer (I will not use the term African American. I wasn't born in Africa, and the farthest back I can trace my family is Florida.) had given the same score, but took the time in the review to talk about their feelings about how minorities were portrayed in the game, the results would have been the exact same. People would have said the score was lower because the reviewer thought the game was racist.

On the other hand, putting too much of your personal opinion in a supposedly "unbiased" forum leaves you open to criticism and attack. A sentence or two about the sexism in GTAV, and things (mostly, not going to touch the other reason people attack Petit and her reviews) would have been fine. Give us a paragraph, and you not only opened the doors, you literally sent a mass e-vite.

@XspidervenomX I had only heard of the crash affecting BF4 players, and both EA and DICE have gotten a lot of flack over the state of that game. This sounds like something that should be a bit easier to pinpoint if it's only happening one one system.

@Vidpci And you're one of those people that think if a comment doesn't say someone is right, they're saying he's wrong. I don't know if the pharmaceutical companies are keeping cures from the public. Given their track records, it's a possibility, but it's not proven. Even if it was, and JLCrogue's idea for EA worked out, they'd be stuck in the same place; The major pharmaceutical companies collectively have more cash than EA and would halt release of the cure. So at the end of the day, even if he's "right", it would still never happen.

I kept seeing comments mentioning "JLCrogue", so I watched this episode ready for a huge laugh.........

Sorry to disappoint, but that guy will never feel the "burn". Most people I've ever encountered that believe in a conspiracy theory like that one are never hurt by the comments being thrown at them. In fact, he's sitting at home laughing at how "ignorant" we all are and waiting to be proven "right". Willing to bet that this episode will just draw out more people with the same ideas.

@AngelsongCA And that sir, is the real POINT. Even crappy games can have good numbers if they install base of the system is high enough.
