@Atermi Just say you aren't a fan of the style of game. Saying that it's not challenging just makes me think you're either lying or playing on easy mode.
@berserker66666 Honestly, you would have thought they'd have done one by now. But it would probably end with Johnny ending it like he did with the GTAV episode.
After actually watching the vid, my original opinion still stands, but I have to wonder how many of those comments were "real". While I know that they were actual comments made by readers, that many of them can't actually believe that the graphical performance of one LAUNCH game is indicative of every multi platform game that will be released for both systems for their entire lifetime.
I'm going to comment before I even watch the episode.....
I think this is a fair reason to be a little pissed, just a little. As a gamer, you already have to shell out for a new system to play this game, and the XB1 is $100 more. GRANTED, THE EXTRA $100 IS JUSTIFIED for better or worse, but I can see where if you were about to be an owner of one, you might feel slightly "cheated".
Then again, didn't the same thing happen with the 360 and the PS3, only then the 360 version played better than the more expensive PS3? It happens, it sucks, and we just have to get used to to it. I don't think developers are purposely trying to screw one set of gamers over the other. It probably has more to do with whose dev kit they were able to get their hands on first.
One of the first PC games I ever borrowed....... every PC with a CDROM drive was a gaming PC...... I miss those days sometimes.
Just the ramblings of an old gamer, but I remember when your "online network" was actually you and your friends IN the lunch line giving each other game advice.
"As such, on the new GameSpot, we will not be offering file downloads at all. This will also apply to videos as we shift to streaming-only video distribution..... "
"Right now, you're only really receiving two main benefits--no ads and HD video downloads--and we plan to carry over these over into the new site until your subscription expires."
So video downloads are still available as long as you're a Total Access subscriber? Makes sense to me, but it also makes you look like MS at E3; WHICH ONE IS IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
