Ok so we all know about the ps3 vs xbox360 dilema. Well now listen to my opinion: Round 1-Gameing graphics: In tests game spot has done none of you said the truth they were all microsoft fanboys (xbox360) and sony/apple fanboys (ps3) making it hard to figure out what to buy for first time buyers. But clearly they are both equal on any common household tv (non-HD tvs). How ever the graphics on a HD tv kill on ps3 obveesly ps3 will always win on an HD tv and lose at non HD becuase of its format. As far as lighting and color goes that can be easaly adjusted (which is why u never go to youtube for advice). Round 2-movie graphics : ok if this is all you care about get the ps3! first of all the ps3 is ALL blueray (so are the games) and also works the same as the NEW EXPENSIVE $600 blueray disc player (the only reason I boght the $400-$500 ps3, originaly) which means that all your old regular dvds will work on it also converting it to a better quality disc (by the way all blueray movies and games have a special scratch resisten coating and way more durable). Round 3-internet : this seems to be a huge debate and xbox has amazing internet and social networking.. .well everything! but there is a down side to this to you have to pay a certaint amount a month depending on how you use it! the ps3 has an ok internet but it is free then again the only thing you can get free is demos. Dont forget internet is easaly updated and may some day match the xbox360's internet system. Round 4-Ring of death: the ps3 has a 0.1% chance of system failure as the xbox 360 has a 32% chance of system failure and i sure almost every xbox 360 owner has experienced the red ring of death which often leads to sending it to get fixaed at microsoft which can take as long as 6 months. (I was going to make another round for this part but i put it in the following because this is usualy the cause of the red ring of death) The xbox360 has the same cooling system that causes regular xboxs to blow up the ps3 has 42.7 cooling system ( most cars use 77.8 ) the xbox uses a 31.4. Round 4-upgrades : this is the part were people spend $300 more to make there xbox better than a ps3 which is only possible if your comparing it to a normal un upgraded ps3 for now at least.

Ok so that covers the majoir topics dont forget there are many different game designers which means the quality of the games will difer game to game. Also remember that these companys come out with new and better games upgrades editions ect. every day. By the way if you cant chose between these two and you are considering a wii, DONT they easaly break and dont work on non nintendo games the only way you should consider the wii is if your a fat person who has no life.
