I was checking the PC hame section for top games on Gamespot and found that the majority of good games, well are old and MANY of the games I have already played. What has happened to PC games in the last 5-10 years?

I do trust Gamespot's reviews they are pretty good. What I can't understand is why the PC is the LARGEST PLATFORM by far and biggest installed base and is not getting full attention on innovation and quality?

Top 50 scores are 10 years old with a couple of exceptions like WoW, which is only there because it is the only MMORPG that actually works well.
