Recently, Kojima announced that he may create another Metal Gear Solid. This is just speculation, but I think it will go something like this:

In addition to satisfying long-time fans, the game will also attempt to appeal to a younger audience. Reasoning that parents will allow their kids to play a violent game as long as it is on a handheld system, Kojima will design this installment for the PSP. Unfortunately, the PSP has only one analog nub, guaranteeing that it will have terrible controls like Portable Ops. The violence will be toned down to a level suitable for a teen rating, rendering the incomprehensible reason for putting it on the PSP moot, and products like Axe and Mountain Dew will be placed in not-so-subtle locations in the game, i.e. in the middle of the Costa Rican rainforest in the 1970s.
