Yesterday, Toys'R'Us called me for an interview, which happened today. So, Toys'R'Us is a pretty cool place and I'd like to work over there and I feel like the interview thing went pretty well. Now, I know I said I'd stick with landscaping since we're eventually going to move pretty far, but hey, I still gotta have a job cause landscaping is coming to end slowly, s why not?
On a second note about employment, something happened this evening. I went pick up my girlfriend at the subway station like I do once or twice a week. Ya see, there's this free newspaper stand on the outside and it usually seems to be a prettysh*tty newspaper. This evening was no exception, but I decided to pick it up and check it out while waiting on my girlfriend. Talk about a coincidence, I found a company (Babel media) which is growing bigger and recently installed itself in Montreal. They are currently searching for video game testers! I took the newspaper home with me and without waiting a second, e-mailed 'em an application for the job. I got an e-mail back saying that they received my application and all. Hopefully I'll be chosen which would be very f*cking sweet, although I have absolutly no experience in that domain other than my usual video gaming hobbie, but hey, it's video game tester, I don't see what other kind of requirement is needed other than being able to write the reports to tell the bugs and all that were found. It would be really, REALLY f*cking sweet. We never know! Don't judgesh*tty ass newspaper before opening them!
