I live in Amsterdam and I used invite my friends from the US to my party on COD4 or vica versa, In COD5 i can't invite them and they can't invite me, i can only invite peole in EU and I come only in lobby's from the EU.I thought that the servers r still down, but i don't know, maybe does someone else?pls help

i was playing cod4, and i got a message from some **** saying that i am a camper, pff wich i wasn't, he got owned and left the game, i sent him a message back saying stfu, then he replied that's he's gonna hack me.within 5 minutes he sent me a message with my own username account and avatar...how the **** did he do that?is that hacking or is he just some of those game nerds trying 2 scare people?can somebody help...thx
