My picks from E3 2009 will come soon even though it's been a full week aince it ended. I still sifting through all that I didn't see. I hope to go in 2010.

Some of the pics are pretty obvious for each of the systems-God of War 3, Borderlands, etc.

Of course this requires me to finally upgrade to a next-gen or should I say "this-gen" console.

I beat Yugi-oh Sacred Cards last week and decided to stop to pick up a new game. I traded in my Digimon game and picked up Lord of the Rings Conquest. I enjoyed Star Wars Battlefrontand sinceConquestis made by the same company Pandameic the game play was easy for me and translated failry well for a handheld system. I have to admit some of the aiming controls left me frustrated, but I still enjoyed it. I just bought it on Friday and beat it early Sunday afternoon. My other gripe with the game is howyou can't use heroes outside of the campaign.

I now have moved on to the villian campaign and continue to be frustrated by Nintendo Wi-Fi and my inability to connect.

Back to studying for final exams.

Although Kongregate is not based on console titles, it is fun to see the creativity (or lack there of) of some of the developers of a number of flash games. Some of the developers might be familiar to those that play flash games often. Below is a link to my profile, please feel free to add me!

Does anyone know if there is another way to get all the Pokemon in the game so far (minus Special event Pokemon) without trading or buying another DS and all the versions?

I am having trouble sucessfully getting on Wi-Fi for the DS Lite. Do I really need the USB adapter, because I thought that was discontinued?

I mainly want to get on Wi-Fi for Pokemon Platnium and Pearl for trades so I can evolve some of my Pokemon and be one step closer to actually completing a Pokedex in one of the now seven versions I own. (I know that's pathetic)

(Red, Blue, Yellow, Silver, Firered, Pearl, Platnium)

Anyone who wouldn't mine trading Pokemon back and forth or helping me trade with them would be greatly appreciated.

I have had a number of health problems over the past year, which have forced me to play very few video games in the desire to do better in school and graduate.

So I left my PS2 at home until the end of the college year, along with my DS.

When I do find down time I play Flash games for an hour a week on Kongregate, but that's all I can spare for now.

I will be checking in and writing weekly blog posts, but that's the best I can do at the time being.

So for all gamers who attend the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, check out our Undergrad Library. I have to make some returns today, but I have enjoyed playing most of the games I have gotten. You get to keep the games for one week and can renew to I believe three weeks. They have a selection of platforms, ranging from the PC to PSP to the original PlayStation.

Final Fantasy 7 (Which I have to return today and may not see for some time)

It has been almost two weeks since I last played Devil May Cry 3. It isn't that I've lost interest, it's just that when I am unable to beat a boss, I take a break and sample some other games. While this doesn't keep my DMC skills sharp, it does for whatever reason help me to appreciate other approaches to solving a particular problem in a level. I am stuck on the boss on Level 10. I have a good amount of health and Devil Triggers from playing levels again and again. My style levels are at maximum for Gunslinger and will soon be at maximum for Swordmaster. All my weapon abilities are unlocked and their powers are also maxed out. So until I beat this next level it looks like I won't be seeing Devil May Cry for some time yet, but it seems that everytime I turn on G4, an ad for Devil May Cry 4 comes on. Then thoughts begin to wander back to a game I haven't finished yet.

I was standing in front of a shelf of the Undergrad library at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and couldn't believe my eyes. After countless attempts to download a usable torrent or find someone who wasn't charging over $200 for a copy of FFVII, the Greatest Hits title was staring me right in the face. I swear I must have stared at the box for 5 minutes before actually picking it up. I thought my mind was playing tricks on me. I have only had a chance to play it for about an hour, (Cloud is at LV 8) but so far I am impressed that the game is living up to its name. The titles I play tend to have been popular about four to five years ago, so I am used to graphics that aren't running at the capacity that some of the games today. My only critique so far is that using the D-pad to move is annoying and something I always have trouble getting used to when going from newer titles to older ones. I will be sure to let everyone know how the rest of the game goes and some of my reactions to it.

Burnout Paradise comes out in stores today and I couldn't be more excited to get to play it. (That is if I had a next-gen system to play it on.)

I own which is my only but by far my favorite game in the Burnout series, Burnout 3 Takedown. This one looks to be even better. The depth of the levels and where you can go in each city makes my mouth water and the new cars available in the game makes me even more eager to play for hours on end. I know there is a portion of the game where you have to make difficult turns spins and I believe even using some advanced techniques to do some parking, although don't quote me on that.

Either way, take a look at this game, as you may want to give it a try as Takedown was sure to please.
