I saw this movie at the 8:30 premier on July 2nd, and I just have to say, it's amazing. The most striking part of the movie is the CG. I can honestly say that this is the best looking movie I've ever seen. The way the individual bots move and transform is so fluid and graceful that it fools you into thinking that your car's going to transform and protect you from cop cars.

The other aspects of the movie are well done also. The story, while not going to make you question why you're reading classics such as Shakespeare, works well for this type of movie. There's a good teenage relationship plot with Sam and Mikayla, and the classic Autobots vs. Decepticons, and there's even light political intrigue. Additionally, the acting, while not going to win any oscars, is good enough to keep you from being pulled out of the story.

All in all, you need to see this movie.
