LA Noire is terrible.

I cant understand why people like this game and why gaming websites/magazines praised it so much. The game has zero replayability and its a single player only. The story was incredibly boring and I never once really cared who killed who or if a person was lying/telling the truth. The game was very tedious and was never challenging. I felt like the interrogations/investigations were very easy/boring. It felt like it was almost impossible to incorrectly interrogate someone. Ohh he isnt looking at you LYING. Investigate an area......tap A around the entire area and voila.

This game had one good aspect and it was its facial animations. Sorry, but that didnt do enough to make this game fun or interesting.

It feels to me like any game with a R* on the front of the box gets praised to hell and back.

I traded in LA Noire today for God of War IIi, a game that is 1000x better than LA Noire.

Sold my Wii

Well i bought a Wii with Motion+ about 6 months ago and unfortunately i just couldn't stand the motion controls. Tried Zelda and SMG and just did not enjoy them as much as previous versions. After that i tried finding some other games that would get me to play my Wii, but i never found anything. So i traded it in for a Halo Reach 360. Zero regrets.

Finally got a Wii

Well I caved even though i said i would never buy a wii because i hated the games blahh blah blahh blah. Got the Black M+ Wii for 199.99 with LOZ Twilight Princess and Super Mario Galaxy. So far Im still a skeptic, but Ive only played for 30 minutes and Im sure it will take getting used to the motion controls.

Just beat Bioshock 2

Well at noon today, my steam version of Bioshock 2 unlocked. I played it for a few hours, and my university closed due to about a foot of snow falling. Sooooo after about 11 hours I completed Bioshock 2. (no spoilers at all) I can say that I enjoyed the story just as much as the original Bioshock, but Sofia Lamb wasnt nearly as cool as Andrew Ryan. Combat was much better overall, due to being able to use both guns, and Plasmids at the same time totally changes the game from the original, which hada good method, but clearly being able to use both makes the game much more fun. Rapture while not nearly as mesmerising as the original Bioshock, I still enjoyed exploring Rapture, and listening to all the audio logs, and hearing the back stories of the unique citizens of Rapture. There are alot more Plasmids available then the original, and a plethora of weapons available aswell to help you during your adventures through Rapture. I beat the game in around 11 hours on the second hardest difficulty, and for the most part I didnt feel overwhelmed. Nothing felt very cheap, but with the respawn tanks the game is still very forgiving even if you didnt plan accordingly prior to an important fight. I plan to replay the game without the tanks, and I expect the game to be much more challenging, and tense. Ive beaten It once so I will be able to stock up accordingly. Overall story was excellent, combat is leaps and bounds better then the original. Overall Id give it a solid 9.0 after my initall playthrough.

Have only played the MP for a few matches so I cant give a definitive thumbs up, but so far its fun, and after the latency calms down a bit the game looks like It has a solid MP. Nothing fancy, but hey they tried, and the Single player hasnt suffered imo.
