You do wonder if the review score would have been higher if Capcom had paid for a splashy ad campaign on Gamespot.

And on another note, why does Mr Van Ord now review every game in existence ? I'm not sure he's a particularly gifted video reviewer, at least not so much that I want to see him review every game that is ever released.

This game quite simply isn't a 4.5, which makes Gamespot look ridiculous (not for the first time).
