Water.... bioshock I get it. Honestly though, the PC hardly ever gets the worse version of games and Bioshock is not different it is HIGHLY optimised so it will look amazing on older systems, has some great DX10 effects and controls like a charm with an option of keyboard/mouse or gamepad.
