Please keep us updated, i have that exact same problem. exactly the way you explained it,... genna cost 178.00 and take 3 weeks to get fixed, my buddy says its the laser goin out, or/and the blue ray is goin out either or... i cant afford that right now .. however i can still play downloadable games and ps2 games cds & movies, i havent tried a blu ray movie yet though, i will soon, but i would like 2 know wtf this starting error (80001514 ) means exactly, cuz its really cramping my style.
