Awesome Oblivion Mods Edition 4

Ok I have recently found a VERY nice looking mod. You all remember how Kvatch was ruined eh? and all those mediocre Kvatch rebuild mods? Well here is a modder who out of the blue postedthe mostAWESOME Kvatch rebuilt mod that I have EVER seen. There's a whole newworldspace and race and from what I gather the city doesn't automatically get rebuilt you rebuild it through quests like in Bloodmoon.

Here's the link....it's finished but the downside is it has to be translated as it isn't in english...but one modder is already working on translating it...he's just running into some problems in the CS which should be fixed soon...I hope

The Romance In Anvil, The romance has arrived here in Cyrodiil!

ttp://www.bethsoft.com/bgsforums/index.php?showtopic=697719

Will give the player the possibility to ask out anyone he would like to in Anvil(may make mods for the other towns to, but this is the first one out). But even if you can ask out everyone you will(boys can ask boys and girls and girls can ask girls and boys) that doesnt have to mean that everyone actually want to go out with you. If I get to make this mod as I want im sure many of you will find it interesting. The main reason I decided to try to make this mod was from a request in a thread started by anima_russa

No Longer Silent, Now You Can Talk Back

http://www.bethsoft.com/bgsforums/index.php?showtopic=726835

This mod aims to allow the player to speak back to NPCs in the Oblivion World. Ever been tired of simply listening to grunts and growls only when you power attack? Now you will be able to taunt, speak, and yell back.

The idea for this mod came from from the Power Attack Voice Mod. Trademark's mod enabled the player to use taunts whenever they would use a power attack. I decided to expand upon this idea and will include player taunts that can be used at the press of a button. I have also planned other voice options such as generic 'hello' and 'goodbye' voices. All of these will be available by simply pressing a designated key on the keyboard.

Trailer - looks promising

This Aqueduct was built by none other than Tiber Septim himself. Discover what Bethesda's Imperial City should have been like; take a drink from the fountains and enjoy the view from the aqueducts, this mod is for you!

Details
=======
As well as including a great aqueduct worthy of the mighty Imperial City, this mod also adds fountains to the Arboretum, Green Emperor Way, Temple, Talos and Arena districts. These fountains do not simply use existing oblivion waterfall meshes, but custom, specifically water meshes. It also adds a quest with FULL VOICE ACTING and a secret treasure which only those witty enough will find.

Benirus Past

http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=OblivionMods.Detail&id=2912

The Benirus Family has always been a strange one... always experimenting with magic. Lorgren Benirus, was the first one to start practicing necromancy. This created a ripple effect and now his son stopped practicing magic, afraid of the things Lorgren created...Then Lorgren's grandson wanted to sell the house that had always and forever been in Anvil! The Benirus Family took a plunge from it's forgotten fame. Indeed many years ago the Benirus Family was filled with some of the most greatest and most powerful mages of all time. Some of the family members consisted of a part of the earlier Psijics before the Arteum disappeared! In this story you find yourself tracking down the village to the forgotten links in the Benirus Family. You will eventually find a ancient crypt that leads to the this magical place and once you get there... you will be amazed!
The Psijics Order and the Artaeum Isle
Ever since the mysterious disappearance's of both Artaeum Isle on the Summerset archipelago and the elder way, things have gone downhill everywhere around Cyrodil! Now the Artaeum Isle has returned, but the Ritemaster of the Psijic's and the whole Elder council is missing. Ever since this mysterious event, the emperors have distrusted the Psijic's Order and they stopped asking for their Guidance. It was thought that what happened in the 500 years of the Artaeum's disappearance was a complete mystery, never to be solved. At least... it was thought this mystery would never be solved... until now.

A Bloody Mess

http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=OblivionMods.Detail&id=2876

This causes you to be covered in blood any time you kill someone. Each time you kill someone, you get covered in even more blood.
There are 9 stages to the amount of blood you can have on you, and you lose more personality the more blood you have on you.

Getting seriously wounded will also increase the amount of blood on you, and it won't be able to wash away below that point untill you heal yourself.

To get rid of the blood, either wash it away immediately by swimming in water, or let it wash away gradually by standing out in the rain.

The blood has a light glow to it. I'm not sure how to fix this, and it doesn't seem to be there for everyone. It may be a bug with the game itself that only occurs during foggy weather

PC Sleep Disrober

http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=OblivionMods.Detail&id=2833

Causes PC to undress while sleeping. Intended for roleplayer survival mod users who find themselves annoyed at waking up fully armed and armored.

Mounted Combat OBSE

http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=OblivionMods.Detail&id=2350

This mod adds mounted combat to Oblivion.

That's all for now. Enjoy fellow union members and others.

2nd Edition of Oblivion Mods

There's only going to be one update for today and it's this.

Housewives Mod

http://www.tessource.net/files/file.php?id=7110

Adds 26 women to bars all over Cyrodiil. You can marry them and send them to whatever house you want. They wander around the house eating and sleeping. Like the wives in Fable.

The readme has most of the details but here's the basics:
-Every race is represented.
-Can have multiple wives. In the same house.
-Once a day you can get a replenishing potion from them.
-Use a spell to change their inventory (change what they're wearing).
-2 spells, one for sending to any buyable house ingame, and another spell you can buy that will send them anywhere at all (for houses from other mods). Their AI packages will work anywhere.
-Buy spells that will let you Sacrifice them for power (to increase either mana or strength) or to to turn them into a Vampire
-I've also added 7 men that you can marry. For either if you swing that way, or if you are a female character.
-I've changed the size of all the wives/husbands. Some are tall, some are short, ect.

The modder who made this said that in the next version if he learns how to add dialouge, he will.

Cool Mods for Oblivion

Here I will be posting new mods I find for The Elder Scrolls IV Oblivion.....it won't be a weekly thing or anything if I find a cool one I post it so it might be like 2 blog posts a day or something anyways here is the list so far:

http://www.bethsoft.com/bgsforums/index.php?showtopic=604040

Description: It allows you to take over Lord Drad's Estate after successfully completing Malacath's quest. Three days after you finish the quest (or after you load a game in which the quest is already completed), Lord Drad will flee the estate and a new character named Bauggi will appear at the estate. Speak to him to start the questline. Once you develop the estate you will be able to farm for crops, herd livestock, and mine ore. You'll also run into a few surprises along the way - be sure to defend your investment well!

Here is the Vineyard one

http://www.tessource.net/files/file.php?id=9324

Description: After finishing an introductory quest, you can acquire the Valley View Estate, which includes a manor, a farm house and a working vineyard which can produce wines and brandies.
You can get involved actively in running the vineyard and keep a profitable business by hiring characters to work on the vineyard and guard the estate.

Leaving

Well I'm leaving for two days to go to my cottage in Laguna City (even if I don't want to go and my wife is making me) So if anyone will even read this I won't be able to post for two days I'm leaving in the afternoon. Now I must leave you to go pack stuff into the car.

Another Icon

As it seems I have good taste in games.

For the connoisseur of fine games.
Those with good taste are judicious about what games they add to their impressive collections, and would be reluctant to pollute their rows and rows of classics with anything approaching average quality. Ask these fine individuals for advice on what to buy next, because chances are, you won't go wrong by following their guidance.

New Icon!!!!

Today I got home from work and as soon I checked my Gamespot account I saw that I got my first icon PC aficionado.

Personal computer = game system
PC aficionados are drawn to their home (or work) computers for their gaming thrills. And why shouldn't they? Are you saying you hate the PC?!
