It was a typical day at school, lessons kinda new because I had just started year 6 and was disscussing Spiderman episodes as per useall, then thyere was lunch which was ofcourse terrible and incredably small, then last leson and then off home. But the present that awaited me and my sister at home would change our lifes for ever. At home was a box with the words PS2 on it, we quickly opened it up and set it up, I spent like 20 minites just on the main screen watching all the loverly swirlsspinning round :P but then came the games. Three games came with it, Spiderman, Theme Park and Burnout, Theme Park was my sisters Burnout was both of ours to share and Spiderman was mine. I really enjoyed that game and is the only game left out of thoose three which we still have today and occasionly even play! Aftyer that it gets kinda fuzzy, my gameing libary grew and I grew accustomed to brand new series such as Timesplitters, Resident Evil, Ratchet and Clank and many many many others. I also carried on with my PS1 series's such as Metal Gear Solid, Crash Bandicoot and The Simpsons. After seven long years my PS2 has served as one of my best consoles that has lasted a very long time and lots of games played. But every thing must end, on this weekend is the last time I get to play my PS2 because on the lasdt week i am heading out on holiday to Centre Parks and with us comes the PS3 which will be openmd on Christmas day. My PS2 will either be given away to chairity or sold to a game store, but it will be sad because I get attached very easilly and boy haveI had fun witrh it. I just hope the PS3 will live up to the PS2's old reputation.
