Ok so my last blog may have confused some of you, well let me go into more detail into what happend.

Well I woke up and as soon as I did I rushed to my PS3 and downloaded the update, at first nothing was new, because the trophies wern't active yet and in games you can't browse the internet or listen to music as they had promised. (This was one of the reasons why they pulled it off) But the In game messaging was great, it saves a great deal of time leaving just to answer a messege, it can be quite laggy but still its a cool edition. Anyway so straight after that I played MGS4, I got up to the end of Act 5, just after Screaming Mantis, and then a friend came round so I turned it off. When I turned it back on again WHAM! All my files were gone, whenver I tried to find them this messge came up saying your hardata is corrupted or somthing so it had to be formated, then my data was no more. At first I thought it was just my luck, but allas no, other people have had save files gone, games busted or even the console itself! I lost all my game saves, images, music, video clips and theme, my friends stayed intact. It must have had somthing to do with the update because Sony took of the update and released an article saying "Sorry for the inconveince" Well they need to say more than sorry because think of what i lost. 150+ on Oblivion, that was the thing that hurt me most cos I spent aaaaaaaaages on it, apart from that all my other games, gone. This was not very good but I had to make the best of it, I am now saying that atleast I get more value out of my games. I mean would I have ever played Heveanly Sword again if this didn't happen, probbaly not, but now I can :). But still, wish it never happend.

Ok now onto my two games, they both arrived today, Conkers Bad Fur Day and 1080 Snowboarding, here are my thoughts.

Conkers Bad Fur Day was pretty much how I expected it, cinimatic wise. I mean i watched a couple of cinimatics on You Tube, but they seem so much more funny on my TV< I laughed my head of at the part where Conker meets Greg the Grim Reaper, so far I'm at the part where you have to go collect some poo from a bunch of cows so I can get a ball of poo...Don't ask. The graphics are spectaular and quite frankly are the best on the console, they look really good, and the voice acting is good, especially since hardly any N64 games have proper voice acting in. This game is pretty frustrating at times since i don't know what I'm doing at some parts, but other than that great game.

Now 1080 Snowboarding, I bought this for collective purposes only really, I knew that I wan't going to really like it, I bought it hbecause it was cheap and saves me buying it later I guess. However, I actully quite like it! Ok so I am terrible at the races, mostly because I don't know how the hell to land, you se in this game landing is manual, not automatic, and I stink at it. But I am very good at the contest mode, and I enjoy that the most. The graphics are good but theres nothing to see, kinda bland. I absolutly hate the character selection scren music "Work ya body, work ya body" over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over does get a bit annyoing! But other than that it beat my expectations and was a good buy :)

So I'm off to work, but when I get back I'm going back on CBFD and then Heveanly Sword (Thats the game I'm going through first in my PS3 rise to normal) then sleep :P. I may also get my nans money tommrow I dunno, if so be expecting another N64 blog, seya!
