It depends on how vigorousyour work out is for that day. For example, In the fall was my cross country team's season so we would go hard everyday of the week with one rest day with intense work outs of 8 miles in a day consisting of uphills and downhills and rough terrain and by the end of it we were really buff and toned. Well, leg wise anyway :P. But, In the spring time we run mostly on the track and on flat's so we don't improve much at all.

[QUOTE="FreezeBlast95"]Yea try to stay anonymous as possible and don't ever volunteer for anything! You just gotta make sure your in top shape when you go to airborne and you'll sail right through. The toughest part is the fact you'll be running 10 miles a day.

Yeah, its only the running part I'm hitting a plateau at 2-3 miles is my max endurance right now, Its the only thing i struggle at.
Don't worry to much about it though they only make you do a 9 minute pace.
Appreciate the Good Lucks, From What i heard its more just don't draw attention to yourself and you can sail through, and I heard Airborne is not bad only 3 weeks I'll be going airborne as soon as I can.MrKittyCat1234

About 6.2 miles but that easy for me. I haven't really tested myself but, I can run a mile in 5:30 and, I'm only a freshmen.
As far as I know the easiest would be the Military. The reason being you join when your 18 and you can retire in 20 years when your 38 :P
