[QUOTE="Bojankin"]I find console games to be way better if played on a monitor. You won't get any random lame glitches that prevent you from playing and also the patches are all auto download when you launch the games on console. Another pro of console gaming is the games run perfectly no slowdown or glitchiness it's always a highly sensual experience. just my opinion :)
Consoles do suffer the same kind of lag and glitches that pc's do. Have you ever played GoW, and started throwing grenades at ur friends, then suddenly the frame rate drops? It's because the consoles r not powerful.
Lot's of times, developers gotta water the games down a bit in terms of graphics and physics and aI. PC's also have their exclusives just like consoles. The main reason developers target their games toward consoles is because their trying to get the technologically challenged gamers to buy their overpriced games! The main reason the PS3 and XBOX 360 use HDDVD and Blu ray is to get us to spend more money! look at games like fear, On the PC, it only takes a cd to store it in, while consoles use up HDDVD's on the same exact game only with lower graphics.
I'm an all around gamer, so i'm not biased towards pc's, in fact, i only started playing pc games about 2 monthesw ago, when the PS3 was released. I will buy a Wii in a few months and a PS3 in a couple of years, just to play the exclusives. I'm not getting an XBOX 360 because alot of the good games for it get ported to the PC with better graphics and with mods.
One cool thing about pc games is the mods and custom maps and skins! They add alot of replayability to the pc games. I myself am trying to make a Dark Samus Aran skin into fear. And another thing i noticed about mods is that they increase frame rates.
