There is no difference between rap and hip hop. Apart from the location in which the music is created. R.A.P. is an acronym, "hip hop" is the actual name of the genre, and came from one of the earlier MC's starting a marching tune saying "Hip.. Hop.. Hip.. Hop.." at a gig. I think both are dreadful if you watch the mainstream.
That's pretty creepy. They need a disclaimer at the start of the next film saying that to do this is considering some form of harassment, he does not like it, and they will find consequences to their actions.
