It seems to me that TV has gone down the tubes, literaly. With it's immediant cash cows with so much money, it's hard to keep up with what is going on. But, what is, perhaps, the most overrated show with its bad and cheap imatations, 2-D lancations, and a fanbase that goes over the top. The show, of cource, is Avatar: The Last Airbender. Seeing as though I can't pronnounce Japanese names, I have prenamed ones. So, I offer Mike and Bryan a handy dandy guied to make Avatar: The Last Airbender watchable, enjoyable, and weeaboo-free
Step 1: The Mislead of Title
Like The Preteitioness of Mary Sue, and Life is Boring, Avatar has one of the most misleading titles ever. While Avatar is used to commute as a picture that you take, Avatar is then used as the messiah of the world. And the last aribender - what's so great about it? Here's the sample title I gave it; God: The Long Dedicated Overrated.
Step 2: Do not plan it before
The Plot is pretty simple: Dude is stuck in ice, wants to learn bending skills. Thanks to the power of MINDLESS PLOTS, there is simply only one room for one season, and there is no room for bad plots that don't go with the rest. Or characters that have no originallity as the plot. SPEACKING OF WHITCH!
Step 3: Anime Animation = all crud.
I seem to see that Avatar is influence in complete and utter crud, as it takes more into Animation. It mimics the anime animetion which is totally unoriginal, and untalented. If your gonna go and make a sucessful cartoon, STICK WITH THE CARTOON!
Step 4: The characters
It seems that the characters are all one dimentional. They are complete ripoffs of everyone else. In fact... have I seen this before? In a - *ahem* - cartoon that didn't suck? Oh.. yeah. Besides, Baldy's annoying, Ice Climber is a hoe, Boomering Boy is usless, Blindy is a mimic of Mary Sue, Zuko's emo. The only one that wasen't annoying is Azula, and even she was on dimentional.
Step 5: Fanbrats
I've seem you. Don't give me that gink. It's all of you! You think it's special, with the shippings and the boringness and whatnot. People, I don't get why you want to have this kind of emulation. You're fighting for a fictional show! Please, give yourself a mace and hit yourself. All you're doing is hitting yourself.
