You can download them off the PSN store from the ps3 or access the store from your psp too(as long as you keep it updated). I believe you can access the store through the sony media manager program for the pc and download stuff to your pc and then transfer to your psp through the manager. Pretty nice program
Very good game, Lots of fun to run around and blow up stuff, shock people, ect. Though it's one of your typical sandbox games. I enjoyed it a lot. 1 blast shard left and I can't find it *sigh*
