Not to mention that if Blizzard makes the map editor even better than WC3's we're in for some incredible custom games...

So I'm playing through it right now and I don't think I can stick with it, its becomming way to frustrating. Its not hard, I usually play FPSs on the hardest difficulty, but design decisions made during this games development are just plain lazy and stupid.
1.alot of times you can get shot right through cover. not talking about the auger either. just bad collision detection,
2.the checkpoints are god awful. there is zero reason why I should have to 15min of play time because I died. horrible
3.item placement is trash. for the amount of damage you can recieve from a turret (basically a one hit kill) or enimies, I expect to see more health placed around the levels. this wouldn't be nearly as bad if it weren't for point 1. you do get plenty of ammo, thats great, but you could go 10 minuites without seeing a single health pack.
4.levels are unbalanced. some have fantastic level design, some are plain awful. WTF?
5.MP is a joke. I do like the amount of options you recieve though.
I wanted to love this game, as I do enjoy the core gameplay even if its a bit spazy, but I'm fiinding it very difficult to keep going given the problems this game has.

Honestly, most of your points seem to boil down to:
This game is too hard for me, I can't play a FPS which doesn't have a completely recharging health bar like Halo and COD.
Blizzard makes 100 million $ a MONTH from WOW.
GEOW cost about 20 million $ tops to make.
Blizzard always made incredible games in the past. Now they've got an infinite budget.
It's time to kick ass and chew bubblegum.

Diablo II: Lord of Destruction (PC) is one
That's an expansion, and seriously who didn't play Diablo II to death?
I played that game 10 hours every weekend for 3 years. It kicked butt. It should have gotten AAA.
In my opinion this game looks just as good as Crysis, and has all the same physics as crysis and the more important part is that its running on a 360 and is not even final code. the only element of crysis that might not be able to duplicate on consoles is the sheer size of some levels but it certainly could be done. u would have to be a fool to beleive Cryteks claim's that the consoles couldn't run their game, its all PR talk to boost nVidia 8800 cards.
http://xbox360.ign.com/articles/842/842156p1.html hermits please watch this and try to keep a straight face that Crysis couldn't run on a console, and these consoles haven't even been maxed out yet.
looks just as good as Crysis oh and btw this is DX9. how do u hermits justify all your hefty hardware that should produce games that look 3 times better than console games yet cant even run Crysis at reasonable framerate?

The models are good, but these are definately bullshots with 1000x AA like H3 Photo Mode.

if it gets mods, you might have to get the mods through the market place that are sent from epic to MS
Nice, taking the hassle out of putting it on an SD card and tranferring onto the PS3.
Nice, getting one mod out of 70 that MS judges worthy and probably paying for it.
You cant charge for mods (unless you have to pay for them) + most mods are crap
''You cant charge for mods (unless you have to pay for them)'' is basically saying that you can't charge for mods unless you charge for mods.
It's not as if anybody ever charged for two maps on the PC. Guess what, MS did on the 360.
Mods are cool stuff. Limiting creativity is bad. I wanna choose what mods I get myself, not select a few out of MS's list.

Played it like two years ago, yep the graphics might not be that bad but the game itself sucks ass.
You can't procedurally generate a story or complicated levels with no clipping issues.

So much for the Gears killer...
Excuse me, I believe it's more like Gears isn't even an UT2k4 killer...
Besides, why would they want to kill Gears, they make it too?
They should have added ''From the makers of Unreal Tournament'' to the GEOW trailer, not the other way around.
I play REAL fps with a MOUSE.
