Guitar Hero II has some good songs...but I think GH III is better, IMO.

Black Magic Woman, Bulls on Parade, Cherub Rock, Cult of Personality, Even Flow, heck, even Devil Went Down to Georgia is cool with me.

Not to mention La Grange, Miss Murder, One, Sabotage, Slow Ride, Suck My Kiss, Stricken, and Welcome to the Jungle.

IMO, that list right there alone is better than the best on GH II, and Im not even mentioning the other songs that are on GHIII, some of which are still very good.

Yeah, I really liked the list on the first Guitar Hero... But this one just rocks!!

In My Opinion:

I've gotten the Orange Box. Its a great game with a ton of value. 5 in 1! Portal is probably my favorite. It bends your brain until you think it will snap; and then PING! you found the answer. It really tests your problem solving ability. It also has some good humor. 'If your Companion Box COULD speak, it would probably tell you to go ahead and youthanize it; for it doesn't want to hold you back' and there is an awesome song at the end that made me chuckle. Team Fortress has some awesome multiplayer and great balance. Humor is also present. (when certain button is pressed, the Heavy will hold his gun and go 'Kiss me Honey!!') I still haven't gotten very far into Half-Life 2 and all its add-ons.. but what I have played is great..! (note: Half-Life 2 doesn't have the standard Deathmatch mode.. or any online for that matter!!) Yes, Call of Duty 4: Modern Combat will also kick some major :CENSORED:! You have so many new weapons, abilities and tactics. I did get into the beta, playing non-stop. Wait for Call of Duty, it can wait. Or better yet... Rob a bank!!! Then you could just buy some Microsoft stock and... Dangit.. Babbling again!! Wellll.. Sees yah!

people are able to rush through the 3rd instalment of halo in 5 hours easily any more.

who knows how fast some one could rush through it on easy mode.

halo 1 had tons of plot to it, the mysteries of the halo ring.

halo2 had an epic plot, it introduced the covant side of the story and brought up the question what is the ark.

halo3 trashed what halo 1 and 2 set up and handed you 5 hours of single player campaign (its what it took on heroic on my side of this). all these questions were brought up about the forrunner and halo3 completly ignores them.

what was bungie thinking when they threw this half attemped at a campaign together?

GlassDominion

GlassDominion, I really do agree with you. We never found out who the Forerunners were. We never found out Cheif's true identity. We never find out what happens to Master Cheif. I just feel Bunjie added some new guns, grenades, and textures and gave us a half-@$$ plot. Thanks for hyping me up and then shoving it right up my butt, Bunjie.
