Waluigi should have his debut in Wario Land: Shake it 2. He would be playable like Luigi, basically Wario's sidekick but more than that. He'd be faster than Wario and he could use his whiplash to attack his enemies. He definitely belongs to a 2.5D platform. In a game like that, I would love to see Wario and Waluigi riding bikes in some of the stages. Bike riding levels should become a staple of the game much like the minecart levels etc.
Of course it's fake. He did a decent job for a non professional, but still you can tell it's phoney. Look at the blurry left hand, the clumsy right hand scratching his head (wth?) and the sloppy colors.
