Dracula68: No, but I'd like to get some feedback from gamers and push them onto the higher-ups at Wal-Mart so hopefully they'll respond and create a program that can be more reasonable than something like what GS has to offer right now. I just figured since a lot of people have had negative experiences with GS's trade-ins, maybe there's a better solution.

Hey guys, I'm just trying to gauge what people would like to see in terms of trading games in for store credit. In my experience, it seems like a lot of people have gripes about Gamestop's trade-in and how it sells the traders short. Based on this kind of program, what would you like to see improve?

I still play the campaign. It's a classic!

I avoid RPGs like the plague.

You have to ask yourself: if iPads, iPhones, Androids, etc, become powerful enough that they can house a game that's on the DS or Vita, do we really need a dedicated mobile gaming device?

Personally, I'd prefer to consolidate all my needs to as few devices as possible.

Well I don't know what he is referring to when he said that, but it is true that gamers do get a lot of slack from everyone else. Just look up any video from a news station involving video games for proof.

Gaming is becoming more mainstream now so you might see a lot less of that though hopefully.

This is the reason i don't usually pre-order games online that I really am obsessive about. Normaly I'd pre-order from walmart.com and for me they're always spot on. A little bit of advice though, it may say 3-4 days if you had an email confirmation it has been dispatched, but they most definitely put a first class stamp on it which will take 2 days maximum to get to you. There is a possibility you could receive the game on Thursday. Lets hope that is the case for you, because i know how it feels.

Gamestop sucks but they aren't going anywhere. For many people it's the only option available.
