My friends and I actually started playing Worms: Armageddon again recently. Great if you only have 20 minutes or so. If you have a whole lot of time to spend, Civilization 4 is spectacular.Ein-7919

I started using Chrome a few weeks ago, and I have to say I love both Firefox and Chrome equally for different reasons. I keep both browsers and use them based on what I'm doing.
+1 for epic story-telling.My scariest moment while gaming was when playing Bad Company online with some buddies. We were having a great time, talking and using great strategy, and all was going well until my screen froze...
I tried talking into my headset, but there was no response. I tapped on it a couple times while frantically saying, "hello?", but no one answered. My heart started pounding and I spun my head around to see if anyone was nearby in my room... anyone to lend some comfort and make me feel... not alone...
The silence was deafening. My screen stared at me blankly. Whatused to beapicture of my weapon and my surroundings was now reduced to a distorted image littered with blocks of gigantic pixels. None of the buttons on the controller were responding. My cat meowed somewhere inmy house, anda mouse squeaked its last breath.
I slowly reached forward and my hand hung in the air, index finger pointing towards the power button. That circle... that deadly circle... It donned a single green light for the moment, but I knew. Somewhere deep inside of me I knew...
I pressed the power button on my 360, and waited. The waiting was horrible. I didn't bother to turn any lights on in the room, so I was alone in the dark, waiting. I finally pushed the button, and heard the whirring and clicking of the 360 starting in its usual course. After the initial startup screen, my TV showed no image. There was no light in the room at all...
... except for the flashing red ring coming from the face of my 360. That is the day my 360 died, and that was my scariest moment in gaming.

Multiplayer vs. Single Player. You should just be asking yourself, "Do I enjoy the company of others?"
I've only had the late patch issue once, and I can't remember what game it was for. The Steam app itself is really nice, and their recent decisions when it comes to putting games on sale has been superb. Best part about Steam is the games no limit to how many times you can re-download them.
+1 awesomeness for everyone that said Worms Armageddon, Space Quest, and Sam & Max, as they are some of my all-time favorites.
Everyone has pretty much listed great games so far. I don't think there was a mention of Command & Conquer which surprises me. They were spectacular back when they were developed by Westwood.
Also, if you can get a joystick then X-Wing Vs. Tie-Fighter is epic.
