I finally 5*d Raining Blood WOOHOO!

one of the greatest days in my life :D

and the fact that it happened on easter you may have thought it would awaken some sort of religous feelings inside of me.

but since i'm an athiest i'll just stick to the good old chocolate eggs :D

Not as soon as i wanted, but at least i'll definitely be able to play soon after its release.

Since my birthday is two days after the release, it should be the greatest bday EVER :D

I entered the King of Guitar Hero tourney at GH.com. It was a high score tourney on 3s & 7s (meh).

Since i wasn't particulary fond of the song i had to force myself to play the thing for about an hour. I ended up getting around 350K, too bad 1st was around 400K :(

I finished in 19th place out of 122. Which still cheered me up a bit :D but i can tell it was a bit of a n00b tourney lol.

End of christmas break of lye ins andgame marathons.Time to get back to work of daunting A levels BOOHOO.

At least i got Unchartedon Friday to keep me happy :D

Since it will be highly unlikely that i come on Gamespot on xmas day. I wish everyone a happy christmas :D

Hopefully everyone can get all those hours of freeedom devoted to the newest games, however i have 5 exams in January so i've got loads of revision to do :(

Todayi succesfully completed TTFATF and got the Inhuman Achievement w00t!

nearly one month after i got the game...it was HELLA tough.

Something strange happened after it though, i played it again after i beat it and went for the star mania achev (activate SP 3 times on TTFATF on expert) i activated 5-6 times and completed the song, but no love WHAT!!

Guess i'll to ttry again later...

Jeff Gerstman, one of the true characters of gamespot has been fired...what for? HIS JOB!

I'm sure you've all noticed the PR that Kane and Lynch has been getting around the site and the sweet dosh that GS has recieved for the ad's. With this Eidos was hoping for a delightfully "generous" review TOUGH Jeff told it how it is (i haven't played the game, so i don't know, but all other sites seem to agree with Jeff) he gave the game a 6.0 and let the gamers really know that the game is true pile of over hyped horse sh*t. BRAVO.

Due to this the evil corporatists CNET have had him fired, F*KIN D-BAGS.

I loved watching On the Spot with Rich Gallup, then he left....I enjoyed watching On the Spot with Jeff, then he was fired...

I got GH 3 home at about 7:30pm and after a quick power snack i was ready to shred my way through the expert career.

I completed it at around 12:15 and i thought it was AMAZING the songs were nearly all killer...Kool thing YUCK!, and i thought the Boss Battles were fun and a nice challenge. I failed on a couple songs Raining Blood twice, and One once (I forgot to save star power for the solo :() but then i got to Lou....MY GOD! he is hard, but i finally managed to beat him and HURRAH Expert is done, not a bad days work :D

And if anyone wants to join my tour group their welcome, as i'm the only one in it at the moment lol.

Gods In The Making

I walked all round town today looking for a 60gb PS3 for the backwards compatibility, and everywhere i got the same crap "sorry, but we won't be having any more in"

I finally found a shop that had a 60gb but they didnt have any packs left so they could only offer me one for £350 without any games.

So i decided to just get the 40gig version, which is still a PS3 so it's cool.

Igot Assasins Creed and Ninja Gaiden Sigma with it :D

Bad news though is that all my xmas money is gone and i don't know whether my parents will let me play it until xmas...

Today i went to the music live event at the NEC in Birmingham,for a physics trip.

Iswas pretty awsome, hunderds of guitars that you can take off the rack and have go on, HUGE amps that just blow yourbrains out of your skull. Thats what music live is in a nutshell.

My fave part was though the Guitar Hero 3 Booth where they had loads of setups of the game, and one setup on a BIG projector.

Iplayed Schools out on a little screen and also through the fire and the flames and Number of the Beast on the big projector. It was funny though when i was playingon the projector, because i beat this guy playing medium on number of the beast , when i was playing on expert. I lost to this guy on TTFATF though cus i was playin on expert and he was on easy :(

but still the dudes were so stoked at my shredding on TTFATF that they made a video and took pics of me playin, they could be on the Music Live website :D

Not a bad day at all overall, much better than an ordinary school day :P
