A lot of times this is caused from UAC. Turn it off of set the setting to low.

I've been an avid PC gamer for many years (Pool of Radiance for you really old people LOL). I recently got a PS3 for Christmas. And I must say that even having 5 games for it, I never turn it on except as a BluRay player. Please help? An 80g PS3 seems a bit much for a BR player alone lol. Any suggestions? I love FPS games, but hate them on consoles. I love flight games (I fly choppers in real life so naturally I love the games) but have not found any on the PS3 that I liked (rented a few) I absolutely hate puzzle maze thinking type games (ie. Tomb Raider style) I desperately love good old Mech Warrior 3 and 4 for the PC and any game similar Believe it or not, the only fun I have had on my PS3 is Tiger Woods but that gets old fast too. And despite my job, I actually enjoy and own GTA:IV lol (sometimes it's fun to be the other side haha)michael412

MLB the show is solid, but there is a steep learning curve. MGS4 is amazing aswell, however if you haven't played the previous games you won't know what the hell is going on. Uncharted is a great game too. I know you said you dont like tomb raider, but uncharted has less puzzles and the difficulty is on where near what tomb raider was. Its script is also amazing, it feels like your watching an indiana jones movie. I haven't beat it yet but its becoming one of my favorite games. Your best bet for getting some games you like is taking advantage of the myriad of free demos available in the PS store.

I really enjoyed the ending of Final Fantasy IX, all time greatest for me though in terms of presentation and emotional impact had to be MGS3 both the ending and the last battle was amazing. Im playing MGS4 atm guessing by how many of you said that one is the best im in for a treat once I beat it!

i get the shipped by amazon options. the 3rd party options im sure are fine but i haven't found the courage to use them yet. only because if something goes wrong you gotta deal with them not amazon ( correct me if im wrong). but most of them get 95% to 100% positive feedback!

Next to the secondary vendor if it says "Fufilled by Amazon" then the order it self is carried out also through amazons department. I noticed more and more other vendors on there have this now. I have ordered from Amazon themselves, the Secondary vendors (.35 cents a foot HDMI cables FTW) and also from amazon market place. And I have not had an issue yet.
