Well, the first big snowfall of the year hit yesterday. Now I get to go out into the near freezing weather and shovel several inches of snow for a couple hours. Yay. God I hate living in New England sometimes.

As of right now, I'm about to do the unthinkable. As a new player, I'm going to try playing a game of DOTA 2 with other people. I know the stakes are high and the odds insurmountable, but if I don't try, I'll never know for myself if it can be done. If I don't make it back in one piece, tell my wife I love her. 

Update: Just as bad as rumored, but I'll try to tough it out for a bit

Update 2: After much patience during my 7 game losing streak, I finally got my first win:D.

By this time next week I'll be 21 years of age and finally be a full-fledged adult. While most would use this as an excuse to go wild and drink till you puke and blackout, I'm going to be spending my 21st b-day responsibly: playing games. Of course I'll have a drink just because, but really only as a social formality. Goodbye my wayward youth, cause on the 27th, I'll become a man:cool:.

You know what the real injustice is? Having to wait another 24 hours to get this damn game :evil:.

I've recently gotten back into Minecraft after leaving it for a few months, and I've quickly rediscovered how much I love this game. The exploring, the crafting, the mining itself, all of it a blast to do. Maybe this time I'll actually remember how fun it is and continue to play it alongside my other games. Break's over, time to head back down the mine shaft to look for some riches :D.

Well the big snowstorm heading to the east coast has fully hit and was everything it was anticipated to be and more. I've looked outside and there must be at least a couple feet of snow out here where I am. The worst part is going to be shoveling it :cry:. God do I need to move to a warm weather state. Until then, I guess I'll play some games and work on my story.

I recently decided to trade in some of my old college textbooks to Amazon.com in return for site credit. I shipped them out on the 21 st, the package got there by the 26 th, and they maintain that it hasn't been received yet. This saddens me as I've been shopping with them for years and this is honestly the first time they've let me down. Don't they realize I need that money to get Fire Emblem Awakening :evil:. I'll still order things from the site, but I know I'll never make the mistake of trading in items to them ever again.

Just finished beating the first quest in the original Legend of Zelda:D. It was a great experience that proved to me why this game is still highly thought of to this day. Not sure if I'm going to do the second quest though or just dive straght into Zelda 2.

Go out and buy this game NOW!!! It's only $30 and is lots of fun. In fact, why am I not playing it right no-

We survived December 21st, 2012, but how long until the world really does end? The way events are unfolding all over the world, I give us about a couple more years maximum.
